I love japanese food, and here in the south, I usually go to Omakase. It's situated in Casa Susana near Mcdonald's Alabang Town Center. They also have a branch at Libis.

What other jap restos would you recommend?

Serina near Makati Cinema Square is pretty good, although it can get pretty packed sometimes. Food's pricier also during dinner time so I would recommend eating there at lunch when they offer lunch meals. :)

try Tsumura at 2nd level Corporate Center, Makati

here's the address if you're interested

88 Corporate Plaza
2nd Level, 88 Corporate Plaza
88, Sedeno St. cor. Valero St.
Salcedo Village
Makati, Metro Manila
Philippines
(63 2) 887-4848 to 50, (63 2) 812-1393

i know the place because it's in our old bldg and just been there once, knocked several bottle of sake and plates of sashimi and sushi

by the way, though the name sounds like "so mura" but believe me its not... ehehehe! based on their menu, prepare atleast 1K for a meal.

Okay din sa UMU in Dusit Thani Hotel Manila in Makati, although pricey ng konti. Panalo ang Unlimited at UMU promotion nila for lunch and dinner. :)
