Welcome to your site!

Dear Guest:
Pinoycallture.com is the premier online forum for call center employees all over the Philippines. We would appreciate it if you could register and in the process be part of all the discussions relating to the lives of all call center peeps. Please feel free to start any discussions too. We hope that you could also tell your office mates/friends about this site so we can all form the biggest online community for BPO peeps in the Philippines. Post away!

Callwork takes a playful jab into the call center industry, made credible by the author’s genuine experiences. Hers is a humorous take on cheating hearts, nicotine-induced fits of insanity, brutal gossiping, job disgruntlement, and other issues and nuances most call center employees deal with “night in and night out.” Make no mistake about it though, Callwork is a subtle yet brilliant call for change in the management methods of the BPO industry, as evidenced by the bits about attrition and payroll discrepancy. Readers will be pleased to see themselves amply represented as one of the comics’ characters, as the author makes an effort to stay faithful to the working environment. After all, this is real life…on night diff.

Callwork: A Call Center Life is available in leading bookstores in Metro Manila. Interested readers from other parts of the country may also order the comics online by sending the author an e-mail at hazelmanzano@yahoo.com.

Watch out for the second Call Center Olympics (Colympics) coming soon on April 10, 2010! Shoot, spike, dribble and shoot! Open to all employees in the call center industry, the event aims to promote sportsmanship and camaraderie among the participants. Oh, and there will be a cheerdance competition too (wink, wink). Message us at admin@pinoycallture.com if you are interested to sponsor or join. See you all there!
